Castle Glenn Homes designer Dean Bolger, says the Hamptons theme is a wonderfully practical theme for a small lot home as the bright and breezy style makes the home seem larger and more open.

Throughout the home, special Hamptons design elements have been incorporated to really tie in the theme. From the VJs on the raked ceiling of the alfresco, to the vertical timber detailing cladding, to the double narrow timber posts, the theme oozes Hamptons theme laid back style and sophistication.
